Each year the President of the United States proclaims March as “Red Cross Month”. This Red Cross Month, we are focusing on thanking our supporters and encouraging people in Northeast Tennessee to keep on getting involved with their Red Cross activities at all levels. One of our initiatives is a fundraiser awareness called “Be ONE by giving ONE dollar”.

The “Be ONE by giving ONE dollar” campaign is an ongoing effort occurring statewide. In participating, Tennesseans will support the American Red Cross fundamental principles helping lifesaving missions down the street, nationwide and around the world. Every dollar collected will help prevent, prepare for, and respond to daily emergencies & disasters.

If every Tennessean gives $1 or more, the American Red Cross will raise nearly 6.5 million dollars in one month. Little by little, dollar by dollar, we at the American Red Cross of Northeast Tennessee believe in what one person giving one dollar can do. Your community needs you. Support the American Red Cross because it is vital to us.
